Winnie was amazingly knowledgeable and super responsive. She explained everything simply even found an oversight of $350 I was able to send in a revision for, something I missed on Turbo Tax last year. Summary sheets were given with the revision I had to mail in as well as my state and fed tax for quick reference. She even included details down to what info to include on my checks AND pre-addressed envelopes! Made the whole process super easy. She also generously shared tax planning suggestions for the next year, thanks again Winnie. I will definitely be seeking her support for taxes in the future!!

Winnie worked with my husband and me on prepping and e-filing our 2016 taxes. We’ve had bad luck in the past with tax preparers and thankfully this year, Winnie saved us! She was very thorough and took the time to really understand our tax situation in our first meeting. She went through all of our tax forms with us and made sure she had all the information she needed to do the best job she could for us. She was always accessible and answered any questions we had while she was preparing. She also was never too busy to ask us follow-up questions to make sure everything was filed correctly.
In our final meeting with her before filing, she went through all the forms she’d prepared for us and made sure all of our questions were answered before asking us to sign and finalize.
Our taxes can be stressful as we work in the arts industry and usually receive multiple 1099s and have several special circumstances. But Winnie truly took the stress out of tax season for us. I cannot speak highly enough of her and would recommend her services to anyone. She is accurate, thorough, affordable, and incredibly pleasant to work with. Will definitely be using her services next year!
